It is critical for Alabama's nonprofit sector to have comprehensive data to use when hiring and retaining key employees. While employee wellness and productivity is based on a variety of workplace, financial and personal factors, we realize that salary and compensation issues are important during these challenging economic times. To this end, we are pleased to reissue the 2009 Compensation and Benefits report (PDF) released last year for your use. The Association will continue addressing issues like this through cutting-edge reports, studies and surveys done in partnership with our higher education and community partners.
