The inaugural class of the Association's Nonprofit Executive Leadership Institute is underway for 2011! The institute will promote the leadership development and capacity-building of existing and aspiring nonprofit leaders in Alabama to meet the increasingly challenging demands that are and will be placed on them.

Graduates of the institute will have a thorough grounding in all aspects of nonprofit management, including board development, financial management, fundraising, marketing, program evaluation and nonprofit law.
