CEO Roundtable - Updates to AL Nonprofit Corporation Law

At this month's roundtable you will have the opportunity to hear a summary of the Alabama Nonprofit Corporation Law updates that are effective January 1, 2024. It applies to most nonprofits on and after January 1, 2025. You will also have the chance to ask Jim Pool, nonprofit attorney and Partner at Maynard Nexsen, questions about the changes. Jim is a board member for the Alabama Association of Nonprofits and he served on the committee that worked on the updates.
