Creating Thriving Workplaces: Mental Health & Well-Being

This engaging training equips leaders with practical tools to create healthier, more connected workplaces using former U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy's Workplace Mental Health and Well-Being Framework. Anthony guides participants through the framework's five essential pillars—Connection and Community, Work-Life Harmony, Mattering at Work, Opportunity for Growth, and Protection from Harm—that serve as a roadmap for building workplace cultures that prioritize employee well-being. Through real-world examples, interactive discussions, and a guided mindfulness practice, participants gain actionable strategies to enhance team well-being, reduce burnout, and strengthen workplace culture. The session empowers leaders to make small, intentional changes that create significant positive impact for their teams and organizations.
