"As a personality theory, the Enneagram describes the nine primary strategies we all use to relate and react to the world. Each of these personality strategies also has basic fears, basic desires, and generally predictable patterns of behavior." WebMD

In this workshop, nonprofits will discover how the Enneagram can strengthen teamwork and connection. Together, we’ll explore the strengths, challenges, and communication styles of the nine types, with practical strategies to reduce conflict and boost collaboration. Through interactive discussion and reflection, participants will leave with tools to build stronger teams and advance their mission.

  2. Explore how different types prefer to communicate and work together.
  3. Recognize common sources of conflict between types.
  4. Learn strategies to improve collaboration on your team.
  5. Reflect on how your team’s mix of types can support your mission.
